Tilam kapas
Anang kelalu singit pala meda gambar tilam aku tu! Endang sengaja ngaga gambar nya bakanya!
Lima malam aku udah tinduk ba tilam baru aku nya, alu amat bisi insur endar asai belakang aku (lower back)! Siti aja utai enda dikerindu aku pasal tilam mansa tu. Nemu kempis ba tengah tilam! Sama baka tilam kapuk!
Dua malam bekau aku tinduk dia, alu dipusin aku tilam nya awak ka baruh pulai katas, katas pulai ka baruh. Udah tu lagi ka dikalih. Enggai ka pedis belakang enti majak gali ba senentang ka kempis! Dudi ila engka bai keluar awak ka ulih dijembui, baka ka nyembui tilam kapuk!
Mayuh endar ga ulah laban pedis belakang. Enggai nyadi tinduk ba tilam atas queen bed, ngati kediri ba katil diri empu! Anang nanya oiiii, tau sama tau lah pasal cherita sebengkah, er, pengawa ti favorite atas katil!

oooo nama meh mantai ke gambar tilam nya singit deh?? auk, enti bisi insur udah tinduk ba tilam nya, manah endar la nya. Nama utai dalam tilam, enti ukai kapuk? Ukai polyester? Or goose feathers? Duvet ka peranchis.
ReplyDeleteTilam nya diisi enggau cotton batting .. same kind of cotton batting dikena ngelapis quilt. Batting nya di compress tightly. Tilam nya enda springy, asai ka gali ba tilam kapuk.
ReplyDeletenama gambar main singit indah sari tu...hehe. Sigi udah lama kah nuan selalu pedih belakang? Pedih belakang ketengal tilam kah or sigi most of the time? *so kepo mode. Just wondering if warm bath could help to ease your back pain?
ReplyDeleteBelakang aku pedis ma tinduk atas tilam ti enda "chun" .. kelalu lembut, tenggelam ba senentang lower back ... on and off pedis belakang aku nya .. so I try not to aggravate it .. enti start pedis, mostly because of the mattress .. tilam baru aku nya kering .. suitable for my bad back.
ReplyDeleteWarm bath with epson salt, temporary relief, but a good mattress will give me long term relief until mattress nya start giving me problems ... that means time to search for another mattress!
kadang kadang pedis belakang tok ketegal kurang exercise.... slalu exercise?
ReplyDeletekasih ku ninga nuan bc masalah lower back pain. baka ku ka ngasai pedis both of my shoulderblade. taun tu nyau ke3 iti tilam dah dbeli, inflatable air mattress - nda tinduk malam, water bed - ok & nemu datai baru & diatu latex mattres berasai nyamai @ nda pedis + bantal kena org bc pedis belakang-mula2 ngena nyau mutap kdiri, pedis pegu lah..hehe. Actualy, Prolonged bed rest can actually lead to more persistent back pain... setuju ku!
ReplyDeleteAku tu sigi malas exercise .. macam macam lah tegal ... pedis bedis ma bai bejalai jauh .., nadai hari lah ... iya ka bendar, malas!
ReplyDeleteAku udah diuji magang, water bed, air mattress iya ka penudi tu latex mattress ... mina good for 3 mths dah nya pedis baru! Tilam kapas nya very firm, so far nadai pedis lower back aku dani tindok sekumbang ngena nya .. tang hip enda kira, sigi pedis ma bai gali singit. Gali singit tau enda ibuh!
Amat pasal gali lama tau ngujung ka lower back pdis agi. In fact, once I start working where standing for extended time is required ... relieved asai back pain! Heheh.
